Price, terms, documents, collection, real cases and security: everything you need to know before anticipating.
General
No. Redenza does not lend money: it buys what you already sold. You delivered a service or product and your client will pay in 30, 60 or 90 days. Redenza buys that receivable, deposits it in your account within 3 business days after your analysis approval and then collects from your client at maturity. It is not a loan: it is your money, arriving early.
Three things: the invoice or contract of the sale, proof that the service was rendered (or the goods delivered) and the name of who will pay. Without that there is no operation: we only buy real sales.
We are a 100% digital merchant factoring company, built for small businesses: MEIs, micro-enterprises and small and mid-size companies, in segments that banks, card terminals and credit fintechs serve poorly. Our origination, analysis and collection platform is proprietary, end to end.
Any business that has already sold and not been paid yet: MEI, micro, small or mid-size, services or production, any sector. Beauty and recurring services, insurance brokers, technology consultancies and micro producers are real cases of clients we serve in depth, not a closed list: what matters is a legitimate, documented receivable with a term of up to 120 days and an identifiable payer. If your business is not among these cases, no problem at all, simulate just the same.
How it works
1) You send the invoice or contract. 2) You see the net amount on screen, before signing. 3) You sign the assignment term on your phone. 4) You get paid by PIX within 3 business days after analysis approval. 5) Your client pays at maturity, with your brand on the slip.
The deposit happens within 3 business days after your analysis approval. The decision comes within 3 business days. The deposit deadline counts from approval, not from the simulation.
Yes. You choose between anticipating the full amount or just part, useful for example to cover the month's payroll without committing the whole margin. The quote shows the net amount of exactly what you decide to anticipate, at the same transparent price.
The slip is issued under Redenza's CNPJ, but with your business brand and logo. Your client keeps seeing you: collection is respectful, under the Consumer Protection Code, with no embarrassment. If there is a dispute, collection is suspended until it is clarified.
We do not ask for collateral and do not look only at your score: we look at what you already sold. The guarantee is the sale itself: invoice, contract and proof of delivery. And there is a protection rule: if the service was not really rendered, the operation is undone and the credit returns to you.
By slip (boleto) with your brand, or by the same means the receivable was made. The payer's experience changes nothing but the beneficiary line: your client continues to see your business, never an aggressive third party.
Great: the operation closes early and you stop paying the remaining days. Early settlement always reduces the cost, and the retention is returned on schedule.
Price and credit
The price is a cost on the anticipated sale, not loan interest. You see on screen, before signing: discount, fee, retention and IOF, and the operation's net amount. No hidden fees. Your first operation has no fee.
It is a percentage held and returned to you when your client pays on time: it is a guarantee, not a fee. The percentage shows in the simulation before you sign.
We work with small and mid-size tickets: the typical ticket starts at a few hundred reais (one monthly fee) and goes up to tens of thousands (a block of invoices). Your business limit grows with history: it starts smaller and increases as you operate and pay on time.
Yes: those who operate and pay on time pay less. The price falls with volume and the limit grows with history. Growing with the client is one of our values.
The analysis looks first at the sale itself (a real invoice and who will pay), not only at your score. A CNPJ with restrictions is not an automatic rejection; each case is analyzed. What we do not give up is the real underlying.
Real cases
Redenza buys the treatment installments and you receive upfront. Your patient's slip keeps your clinic's brand, only the beneficiary changes. You do not swap the patient's credit or use a fintech installment plan.
The commission keeps coming to you, into a dedicated account: the insurer pays normally, as it always did. The money is yours by rule: the structure was designed to respect the law that only licensed brokers receive commissions.
No. For invoices from companies, the calculation is on what is left after the tax withholdings on the invoice (INSS, ISS, IR). It is an important difference: those who understand services do not charge on money you will not receive.
Yes, if you have a guaranteed order. Redenza pays the material supplier for you and collects from your sale to the store. To buy machinery without a pending sale, we point you to the right credit lines (BNDES, microcredit) and keep anticipating your future sales.
Security and compliance
Yes. The whole site runs on an encrypted connection and the forms have automatic protection against abuse and bots. The data you submit goes straight to the Redenza team, and nothing beyond what you sent is collected.
We follow the LGPD: we collect the minimum necessary, do not handle sensitive data (such as medical records) and sign a data processing agreement with every client. Every operation receives audit-proof registration with certified date and time.
Factoring is a lawful activity regulated by the Civil Code (assignment of receivables, arts. 286 to 298). We are not a financial institution and do not need Central Bank authorization to buy receivables; even so, we follow COAF rules, register contracts and operate with compliance from day one.
