We collect only the data you submit yourself through the site forms: name, email, phone (when provided), company data (such as size and segment) and receivable information described in the simulation.

We do not collect navigation data for advertising and do not track you across sites. The site requires no signup to browse content.

The data is used to answer contacts, prepare receivables assignment simulations, run the prior risk and credit analysis of operations and comply with legal and regulatory duties, including the reports due to COAF (Law No. 9,613/1998).

The legal basis is performing pre-contractual procedures you requested, fulfilling legal obligation and, where applicable, your consent, which may be revoked at any time through the contact channels.

Your data is not sold. It may be shared only with partners strictly necessary to the operation (such as notaries and registries, for contract registration) and with authorities, when required by law or court order.
