Last updated: October 16, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Redenza institutional website. By browsing, submitting forms or requesting simulations, you declare that you know and accept the conditions below.

1. About Redenza and the purpose of this site

Redenza is a merchant factoring company operating in the purchase of credit rights (receivables assignment) from micro, small and medium businesses. Redenza is not a financial institution, is not part of the National Financial System, does not raise, intermediate, manage or invest third-party funds and does not extend credit or loans in any form.

This website is exclusively institutional and informational. Simulations, terms and amounts shown are estimates with no binding effect and do not constitute an offer, proposal or commitment to contract.

2. Prior analysis

Every assignment operation is subject to prior risk and credit analysis approval. The deposit deadlines informed on this site count from that approval, not from the simulation or the submission of documents. Approval of one operation does not guarantee approval of future operations.

3. Legal and regulatory framework

Merchant factoring is a lawful activity governed by the Brazilian Civil Code, arts. 286 to 298 (assignment of receivables), with no authorization from the Central Bank of Brazil required, as it is not part of the National Financial System. Redenza operates under CNAE 6491-3/00, uses its own capital exclusively and is taxed under Real Profit, the mandatory regime for the activity (Law 9,718/98, art. 14, VI).

Anti-money laundering: Redenza is a reporting party before the Council for Financial Activities Control (COAF), under art. 9 of Law 9,613/98 and COAF Resolution 41/2022, subject to the agency's direct supervision, Siscoaf registration, AML/CFT policy and the reporting of atypical operations, keeping records for at least 5 years.

Consumer relations: when the payer is a consumer, collection follows the Consumer Protection Code, especially arts. 42 and 71 (collection without abuse), 43 (negative reporting preceded by notice), 49 (right of withdrawal) and 54, §4 (highlighted assignment clause). Titles and contracts: duplicate invoice (Law 5,474/68) and written duplicate with registration (Law 13,775/18); contracts signed electronically under Law 14,063/2020, enforceable under art. 784, §4, of the Civil Procedure Code (Law 14,620/2023).

Data protection: Law 13,709/18 (LGPD) and the Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/14). This website makes no public investment offer and discloses no returns of any structure, in compliance with CVM rules.

4. Signup and information provided

To request simulations or contact, you may provide signup data, company data and receivable data. You declare that the information sent is true, complete and owned by you, and you are solely responsible for its accuracy.

Sending false information, third-party data without authorization or attempting to misuse the forms may lead to access blocking and the applicable legal measures.

5. Intellectual property

Trademarks, names, logos, texts, images and the visual identity of this site belong to Redenza or their holders and are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without express written authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Redenza makes efforts to keep the site available and information up to date, but does not guarantee total freedom from errors or unavailability. Content may change at any time without notice.

Under no circumstances will Redenza be liable for damages arising from use of the site contrary to these Terms, third-party interruptions or fortuitous events and force majeure.

7. Governing law and forum

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code and the Internet Civil Framework. The court of the user's domicile is elected to settle disputes, reserving the hypothesis of exclusive jurisdiction of another court.
